Invention Migration
In the world of intellectual property, IP assets are stored in different formats, such as disclosure forms and technical papers.
Our Enterprise IP Management System (IPMS) supports the migration of multiple types of materials, including disclosure forms (WORD), tech papers (PDF), and patents (PDF or Google link).
CAUTION
Our IPMS will be deployed either on-premise or within a private cloud infrastructure, ensuring the utmost level of data privacy and security.Migrate IP from the Word File
Before initiating the migration process from a Word file, it's advisable to set up templates for the file.
- Open or create an invention record.
- Click on the
Import Filebutton. - Choose
[Word] Disclosure Form. - Select the Word file you want to migrate.
- Select a suitable template or add keywords.
- press the
Confirmbutton to import the invention into our system

We support the import of technical papers in PDF formats.
- Open or create an invention record.
- Click on the
Import Filebutton. - Choose
[PDF] Tech Paper. - Select the PDF file that you want to migrate.
- Press the
Confirmbutton to import the invention into our system
CAUTION
We focus on the migration of text. The migrations of tables and images are in development. If you encounter any issues during the process of migrating intellectual property from a paper PDF format, please reach out to IP8Value for assistance.Migrate invention from patent via google link
- Open or create an invention record.
- Click on the
Import Filebutton. - Choose
[Link] Google Patent. - Input the link to the Google Patent and choose its type.
- Press the
Confirmbutton to import the invention into our system

[PDF] Google Patent. - Select the patent PDF file that you want to migrate and choose its type.
